​សូមផ្ញើមកកាន់ស្ថានទូតនូវឯកសារមួយចំនួនដូចខាងក្រោម៖
Please send to the Embassy some documents as follows: 

1- Certificate of Death issued by ICA;
2- Letter mentioning a Permission to Export a Coffin Containing a Corpse issued by the National Environment Agency;
3- Embalming Certificate issued by a registered company in Singapore;
4- Sealing Certificate issued by a registered company in Singapore;
5- Passport bio-page copy of the Deceased; and 
6- Passport bio-page copy of the Deceased's next-of-kin in Singapore along with his/her contact information (mobile number and address in Cambodia). 
 

* Notice: An agent or the Deceased's next-of-kin needs to personally come to the Embassy to obtain the original letter for use once it is issued. Processing time: within 1 working day. No fee is charged.
